Lisa has been an Orlando resident since 1989. She grew living and traveling to many places in America and overseas for most of her life. She understands how tough moves, change, and choices can be. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. She lived in Brazil for many years and helped direct Brazilians looking to rent or purchase vacation homes during their vacations to Central Florida.

As the economy shifted in Brazil, she was recruited to a Rating Agency associated with Thomson Financial BankWatch, Fitch Ratings Investors Services to restructure the company under severe budgetary restraints. This introduced her to the insider’s view of the banking industry. Today in perspective, it helps her understand the full picture of the buyer and banker’s views in a tough economy, and how it may all play out when trying to decide whether to buy now or wait.

The Birth of her disabled son created a new challenge and expertise: DISABILITY. She and Family moved to Central Florida and was confronted with the difficulties of finding the right home. The do-don’ts that not even her and family knew at the time. Especially with the additional issues of disabilities.

Lisa has helped many clients build new businesses or re-engineer existing ones. Her clients benefit greatly from her tenacity, dedication to protecting the client’s interest, attention to detail, strong negotiating skills, energy, enthusiasm, and customer service.
